User Feedback in 2021

Over on Twitter this December, we’ve been counting down to the festive season with our very own 12 Days of Christmas. We’ve been showcasing our people, services and resources and you can follow the discussion here: #LKS12Days

For our eighth day of Christmas, we’re sharing eight examples of the sort of positive feedback we’ve received across our services, throughout 2021:

Library Helpdesk:

“Your customer service is second to none… you are always helpful and one of the top departments in the hospital, customer service-wise.”

Patient Information:

“Attia, You have been so helpful. Thank you for your patience.”

CEBIS:

“Thank you for doing the literature search so quickly. There is dispute between clinicians over the correct current management and now we can discuss how to move forward.”

“The data you supplied has meant that this patient has been transferred to a facility in London to get the care he needs. They may be able to argue that there’s no money, but they can’t argue with data.”

You’ve been invaluable in undertaking CEBIS searches for me over the years. [We are] using your current search to pen an academic paper… Thank you.”

Knowledge Skills Training:

“I can’t tell you just how enlightening it was – I feel much more confident now in doing a literature search”

“Really good training session. Beth was kind and patient… she catered it to my understanding and my needs.”

“Beth was great, informative and really helpful”
